Advertising & Media Placement Policy

Welcome to Eootle Insights. This Advertising Placement Policy ("Policy") governs all advertisements, sponsored content, paid features, and promotional placements (collectively, "Advertisements") appearing on our website, newsletters, and associated digital platforms.

  3. No Endorsement implied: The appearance of an advertisement on Eootle Insights does not constitute an endorsement by us of the product, service, company, or political view being advertised.

2. Prohibited Advertising Categories

To protect our audience, Eootle Insights strictly prohibits advertisements that fall into, or promote, any of the following categories:

  1. Deceptive Financial Schemes: Get-rich-quick schemes, unregistered security offerings, pump-and-dump cryptocurrency signals, guaranteed high-yield investment programs (HYIPs), or unauthorized forex/binary options brokers.
  2. Misleading Political Campaigning: Ads containing explicitly proven disinformation, hate speech, defamatory content targeting public figures, or unauthorized deepfakes/AI-generated media mimicking political leaders.
  3. Illegal Goods and Services: Illicit drugs, weapons, unauthorized financial auditing services, or black-market trading platforms.
  4. Adult Content: Pornography, highly sexualized imagery, escort services, or dating sites aimed at explicit encounters.
  5. Malware and Spyware: Any ad that attempts to download malicious software, uses forced redirects, or contains pop-ups that break the user experience.

3. Financial and Investment Ad Restrictions

Because our platform covers global investment and finance, specific rules apply to financial institutions and fintech providers:

  1. Compliance with Regulation: Financial advertisers must be fully licensed and registered with appropriate regulatory bodies (such as the SEC, CBN, FCA, FinCEN, or equivalent jurisdictions based on targeting).
  2. Risk Disclaimers: Any advertisement showcasing potential financial returns or trading platforms must feature a clear and readable risk disclaimer (e.g., "Capital at risk" or "Past performance is not indicative of future results").

4. Technical and Layout Standards

  1. No Disruptive Formats: We do not allow ads that auto-play audio, auto-expand without a user click, block primary text, or cause massive layout shifts (CLS).
  2. Performance Limits: Ad scripts and media assets must be fully optimized. Any ad creative that excessively slows down page load times or consumes heavy server resources will be suspended.
  3. Data Privacy: Third-party advertisers and ad networks operating on our platform must comply with global data regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and NDPA). They are strictly prohibited from collecting unauthorized personally identifiable information (PII) from our readers.

5. Right of Refusal and Termination

  1. Absolute Discretion: Eootle Insights reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertisement at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, even if the ad was previously approved.
  2. Post-Approval Changes: If an advertiser modifies the landing page URL after approval to redirect our users to a landing page that violates our terms, the advertisement will be permanently terminated without a refund, and the advertiser will be blacklisted.
